Tow floats are mandatory for all swimmers.
U18’s must at minimum hold an ASA Open Water Award Level 1 and wear a bright hat (must be minimum age of 12 years and cannot swim in water lower than 15 degrees)
You may choose to swim in either a swimming costume or a wetsuit.
Booking slots open up to 7 days before.

**Please note that your swim slot lasts for 1 hour. If you require more time, we ask that you book another slot as parking on site is limited.**
**Arrive no more than 15mins prior to your booked session.**
**Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours.**
Open Water swimming does carry risks therefore we highly recommend starting with an induction, if you have not done any open water swimming before. Book here…

Want to try Open Water Swimming but don't know where to start? Are you wondering what all the excitement is about? This induction session is a perfect way to start your Open Water swimming journey here at Lake 32.
The induction includes a talk and Q&A with one of our experienced staff members and a supported dip in our beautiful lake.
**Swimming ability is essential prior to booking an induction**
U18s must not be left unattended whilst on site, U18’s wishing to swim must hold an ASA L1 Open Water Award and use both a hat and tow float (minimum age of 12 years)
If the date on the calendar is red, all slots are fully booked.
